There may be times when the device's operation appears frozen. If an episode has been paused too long, it may have timed out. Return to the home screen and select a different episode to play.

If the screen has become frozen and does not operate. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Plug In Before you can reset your Storybutton, it is best when plugged into power or fully charged. 

Step 2: Perform a hard restart Press and hold the Power Button (Top Left) and the Left Arrow (Top Center) buttons. The device will turn off and the screen will go black.

Step 3: Turn on the device Press and hold the Power Button and Storybutton will turn back on.
