If you're trying to connect your Storybutton to Wi-Fi and get the message “cannot associate”, that means you're either too far from your router or the password has a typo.

Start by double-checking your password and entering it again, closer to your router.

If that doesn't work, please try using the WPS button on your router. Here are the instructions:

• Go beside your router.
• On Storybutton, go into Settings, then Wi-Fi, Add wireless network, WPS Button.
• Press the WPS button on your router. It may take a couple of minutes for it to find the connection.
