If it shows the ‘timeout’ error, it could be network related issue. Suggest to look at the followings:
1) Please take the radio next to the WiFi router and see if it works fine. If it works, then please note how far was the radio located the first time.
2) if the radio still not working properly next to the router, please try connecting the radio with the Hotspot of a smartphone and see if it makes the difference. If it works with the hotspot connection, please reboot the wifi router and try connecting to the WiFi network again.
3) If none of the above works, please create a ticket for our support team.
